Knox Flora’s retainer pricing is built around fair, predictable, year-round value - not per-visit markups or reactive pricing when demand spikes. We consider seasonal variability and work with each owner on a flat-rate price that covers the full year’s service.
Instead of charging differently every time it snows, or the grass needs cutting, or the leaves fall, our retainer model spreads costs evenly across the year. This allows clients to budget with confidence while ensuring priority access to our equipment, labor, and schedule when it matters most, especially during peak winter events & high growth periods in warmer months. Customers may choose a monthly payment plan (12 flat-rate payments) or front-load costs by paying for a year’s service in one lump sum payment.
